Annual November Photos
The day my first DSLR arrived in 2017, I rounded up my children and took them to a nearby park for an impromptu photo shoot. A year later on the same date, we decided to recreate the photos and we’ve been recreating the photos every year since.
There are two poses that we recreate, one is a huddle on the play structure and the other is a huddle either on the jungle gym or on the ground if it’s icy. There are a couple of rules we have for these photos: first, we wear whatever we’re wearing that day. No styling! Secondly, we go when it fits in our schedule rather than waiting for golden hour.
